Our work supports a wide range of clients — from small businesses and startups to well-known names in the music, fashion, and entertainment industries. Whether it’s a storefront, a tour backdrop, or a custom installation, our team makes it happen behind the scenes.

    What You'll Do :

    Greet and assist walk-in customers, answer phone/email inquiries

    Guide customers through sign options and gather project details

    Prepare quotes, process payments, and manage order approvals

    Coordinate with our in-house design and production teams

    Occasionally assist with local deliveries or site surveys

    Keep the front of house organized and professional

    Support light marketing and administrative tasks

    You’d Be a Great Fit If You:

    Are detail-oriented, professional, and great with people

    Can multitask and manage multiple orders at once

    Are comfortable using macOS (and occasionally Windows), and confident learning new software (experience with QuickBooks is a plus)

    Have strong grammar, spelling, and written communication

    Love variety and want to grow your skills in a creative industry

    Consistent Mon–Fri schedule, 9AM–4PM (35 hours/week), giving you your evenings and weekends free!

    This is an entry-level customer and operations support role with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility based on performance and tenure.
