Who We Are
At Latitude Wealth Management, our name reflects a fundamental principle of navigation: knowing where you are, understanding where you want to go, and charting a thoughtful course to get there. That philosophy guides not only how we help our clients navigate their financial lives, but also how we work together as a team.
We're a close-knit, collaborative wealth management firm that takes pride in delivering highly personalized service and building lasting relationships with our clients. We value individual contributions, welcome new ideas, and encourage everyone on our team to take ownership of their work and help us continually improve.
We believe a great workplace should be both professionally rewarding and genuinely enjoyable. We support personal and professional growth, embrace innovation and technology, and strive to create an environment where people feel appreciated, challenged, and proud of the work they do.
Who We Want
We're looking for an Operations Associate who enjoys working with people, takes pride in getting the details right, and finds satisfaction in keeping things running smoothly.
As an essential member of our small team, you'll often be the first person our clients speak with and a key resource for our two financial advisors. You'll help deliver the attentive, personal service our clients have come to expect while taking ownership of the operational processes that keep our practice organized and efficient.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You're someone who takes initiative, follows through on commitments, and enjoys finding solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
Whether you bring experience in financial services or skills developed in another field, we're most interested in your attitude, judgment, curiosity, and willingness to learn. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
· Create a welcoming and professional client experience by answering phones, greeting visitors, and responding to client questions and requests.
· Coordinate client transactions and service requests, account transfers, and other routine financial transactions.
· Open new accounts, process account maintenance requests, and work directly with custodians to ensure timely and accurate completion.
· Maintain accurate client records and information across the firm's systems.
· Prepare materials and assist with coordination for annual client reviews and other client meetings.
· Develop, document, and maintain procedures that help the office operate consistently and efficiently.
· Take ownership of day-to-day office operations, anticipating needs and identifying opportunities to improve workflows.
· Provide administrative and operational support to both financial advisors, adapting to changing priorities while ensuring important details don't fall through the cracks.
What You'll Bring
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, professional approach to working with clients and colleagues.
· Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
· Initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently while knowing when to ask questions.
· A positive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with the ability to learn new technology.
· Sound judgment, dependability, and discretion when handling confidential information.
· A genuine interest in learning, improving processes, and growing professionally.
· Previous experience in financial services, client service, or office operations is welcome but not required.
