    This Associate is a full-time position to work in person out of our lower Manhattan office. This person would work for the two founders, providing professional and personal support, in a roughly 75%-25% time split.

    We seek someone with a positive demeanor, a can-do attitude, and an exceptional attention to detail. You would ideally enjoy learning about new areas of innovation, embrace interacting with clients, interns, and team members alike, and understand that excellent organization is key to a well-run office.


    Your responsibilities would include:

    1. Coordinate the day-to-day running of the office.

    2. Coordinate activities of senior staff for both the office and home.

    3. Provide support on client accounts, including direct client service and interaction.

    4. Manage EGV partners and the company internship program.

    5. Manage company and personal calendars and all related scheduling logistics including but not limited to client meetings, team meetings, appointments, activities and events.

    6. Support vendor accounts.

    7. Track client work being performed by the team, partners, and vendors and perform follow-ups necessary to ensure efficient workflow.

    8. Plan company and personal events.

    9. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and President.

    10. Perform professional and personal errands;

    11. Provide or arrange IT support and maintenance;

    12. Manage residential maintenance and organization;

    13. Undertake purchasing as directed;

    14. Coordinate event organization and support.

    15. Maintain a comprehensive Google Doc list/spreadsheet of all tasks to be accomplished;

    16. review weekly the previous week and plan for the next week, with additional meetings as needed;

    17. Participate in client meetings as needed;

    Skill Requirements:

    • Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

    • Google Suite (e.g. Drive, Calendar, etc.)

    • Skill at writing and editing

    • Able to handle high levels of confidentiality

    • Strong project management skills

    • Drivers license preferred but not required

    • Social Media fluency

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree required

    • Minimum 4 years working in business or as a manager
