Are you ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We’re seeking an Operations Associate/HR Generalist to join our team! In this role, you’ll support both internal and external employees of a leading staffing solutions provider, contributing to best practices and strategies that drive success nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate employee onboarding for a high volume of short- and long-term hires.
Conduct pre-employment checks and evaluations.
Track time and expenses weekly to ensure seamless payroll processing.
Handle employment verifications and complete client-requested audits.
Collaborate with the team on payroll submissions to a third-party provider and resolve related issues.
Process payments and update remittances in QuickBooks Online.
Support tax-related projects and interoffice activities as needed.
What You Bring to the Table:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility to adapt your schedule to meet the demands of new hires and operational activities.
Preferred: Previous experience in a mid-to-large business or a Business Degree in lieu of experience.
