We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our real estate firm. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring smooth internal operations, supporting internal communication efforts, and planning team and client events that enhance company culture and brand presence. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and communicates with clarity and care. We will begin reviewing all submissions the week of September 2nd. Responsibilities: Operations & Office Management • Manage front desk operations, including visitor reception and incoming communications • Coordinate and enhance daily office functions, systems, and procedures • Serve as a point of contact for vendors, service providers, and office-related needs • Monitor and manage inventory; handle ordering of office and marketing supplies • Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, meeting preparation, and internal documentation • Facilitate team member onboarding and offboarding processes Internal Communications • Draft and distribute internal updates, announcements, and newsletters • Assist in developing consistent internal messaging and improving information flow • Help maintain and organize shared files, calendars, and team resources Event Planning • Plan and execute internal team events (agent meetings, retreats, holiday parties, training sessions) • Coordinate client events and community engagement activities • Manage logistics, vendors, communications, and follow-up for all events Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in operations, office coordination, event planning, and communications • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Proficient in Google Workspace, Canva, Basecamp, and Adobe Creative Suite • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently • Personable and professional, with a customer-focused approach • Energetic, proactive, and resourceful team player • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments • Highly efficient and deadline-driven, with a service-oriented mindset • Experience in small business operations and graphic design is a plus • College degree preferred Compensation: $52,000 - $58,000 yearly
