Overview:

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our team as an Operations Associate. This role will start with a focus on Shipping & Receiving, ensuring our inbound and outbound logistics run smoothly. As you grow with us, you’ll take on additional responsibilities across the facility based on business needs and your strengths.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and inspect inbound shipments.
• Prepare and package outbound orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load/unload delivery trucks using appropriate equipment.
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas.
• Assist with general facility tasks as needed, which may include production support, materials handling, or other operational duties.
• Follow safety guidelines and contribute to a clean, efficient work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and take on new challenges.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience is a plus, but not required.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience working with ERP systems is preferred.
• Previous experience operating a forklift is preferred.

Educational and Physical Requirements

• High School Degree or Equivalent
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
