About the Role:

Join Aviotrade Inc as an Operations Associate Warehouse in Doral, FL, where you will play a key role in ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in logistics and operations.

Responsibilities:

Create shipping labels and Air Waybills (AWB) using FedEx, DHL, and UPS platforms.

Prepare shipping documentation, including Packing Lists, Commercial Invoices, and other related documents.

Pack cartons and prepare pallets for domestic and international shipments.

Inspect materials prior to shipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements.

Utilize computer systems, email, scanners, printers, and photocopiers.

Assist with receiving, storing, and shipping materials.

Operate forklifts when required

Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.

Support the preparation of SLI, COA, COC, DG, and IMO documentation (training provided).

Follow company safety procedures for handling materials and chemical products

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse, shipping, logistics, or related operations.

Basic computer and email skills.

Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience with export documentation, forklifts, or dangerous goods shipments is preferred but not required.

Willingness to learn and participate in company-provided training programs.
