    The Operations Clerk performs a variety of operational, record keeping, and clerical tasks within clearly defined guidelines and established procedures.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Previous office experience working in a fast-pace environment.
    • Previous waste experience, preferred.
    • Secretarial experience, preferred.
    • Skill in utilizing Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    • Possess excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to perform record keeping functions in an accurate and timely manner.
    • Ability to understand and interpret data.
    • Organizational skills must be excellent.

    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Provide positive customer service by answering a variety of questions and complaints from the public; direct customers to appropriate location/resources based on requests.
    • Operate standard office equipment; perform such administrative support activities as opening and distributing mail, processing outgoing mail, filing, and other document record keeping functions.
    • Entering of daily productivity from route sheets from drivers.
    • Payroll verification and corrections on a daily basis for Operations.
    • Update monthly credit card expense report bi-monthly.
    • Check drivers in and out, as needed.
    • Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment.
    • Ability to work well under the pressure of deadlines.
    • Must maintain confidentiality of all information.
    • Locating files that are requested by managers.
    • Making copies, assembling reports, tracking deadlines, and updating calendars.
    • Maintain calendars and alert management to upcoming deadlines.
    • All other duties as assigned by management.

    Schedule: Day shift | Monday to Friday | Weekends as needed
