Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive part-time Operations Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating various operational tasks, ensuring seamless communication between departments, and supporting the smooth running of our restaurant concepts. Qualified candidates for this role must have reliable transportation and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays for special events. Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week and be on-site 3 days a week.

None.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Receiving of packages delivered to the office.
• Pick-up and delivery of menus, stickers, signage, etc. to all locations.
• Assist with inventory management and dispersing of uniforms to each location.
• Assist with purchases through Amazon for various sites when needed.
• Assist with event and holiday specials coordination: Work with all concepts to coordinate specials for big events and holidays.
• Assist with sourcing all concept needs, including pens, menu books, stickers, labels, signs, and merchandise.
• Assist with reordering supplies of necessary items for each restaurant concept.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and content approval processes is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Hospitality experience is preferred.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing support role

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
