Operations & Community Growth Manager

A rapidly growing behavioral-health services company seeks a People & Operations Manager to run day-to-day operations and drive community outreach to expand our client base. You’ll manage a team of 7–10 referral and intake professionals and partner with leadership to launch new programs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all daily operations to ensure smooth, compliant service delivery.
Plan and lead outreach to local communities and business networks to generate new referrals and clients.
Recruit, mentor, and motivate staff; set clear performance goals and hold the team accountable.
Track and increase billable hours; streamline processes to improve efficiency.
Present growth strategies and results to the executive board.
Identify and implement new government-funded behavioral-health programs.
What We’re Looking For
Proven ability to scale operations and win new business or clients—experience may come from healthcare, private service industries, or fast-paced corporate environments.
Skilled relationship builder who is comfortable presenting to diverse audiences and forging community partnerships.
Strong managerial and organizational skills with a “get-it-done” mindset.
Ability to travel locally (driver’s license a strong plus)
Bonus: Familiarity with government health programs or behavioral-health services.
