Compensation: • Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 (DOE) • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Performance-Based Bonuses (eligible after 60 days) • Growth opportunities for the Director of Operations/COO • Work Location: In-office (Wheaton, IL); 1 WFH day after 60 days based on performance Responsibilities: • Support buyer and listing transactions from contract to close, ensuring deadlines and details are executed flawlessly • Maintain and manage listing and marketing materials, listing launches, and syndication across platforms • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed, confident, and cared for • Prepare consultation materials and ensure all paperwork is accurate, compliant, and on time • Coordinate with vendors (title, lenders, inspectors) for smooth handoffs and exceptional service • Manage and protect Brandon’s calendar, inboxes, and daily priorities • Plan and lead team meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through • Act as liaison for speaking engagements, press, and media-related outreach • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism • Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and checklists that streamline how we operate • Maintain CRM (Follow Up Boss) with client data, timelines, and follow-up systems • Research and implement new tech/tools to keep the business ahead of the curve • Collaborate on lead gen systems, client outreach, and database engagement • Support brand consistency across social media, email campaigns, events, and listing promotions • Help execute marketing strategies, newsletters, giveaways, and client touchpoints • Work with external creatives to ensure marketing aligns with business goals • Coordinate client gifts, events, and appreciation campaigns • Track testimonials, reviews, and referral follow-up • Build trust through every interaction—before, during, and well after closing Qualifications: • Proven experience in operations, process improvement, or similar roles • Real estate experience is a plus but not required • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate challenges • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to pivot quickly as needed • Technologically savvy, with the ability to learn and use new tools effectively Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000
