Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support to the team owner and the team across business and personal tasks • Manage databases, calls, emails, schedules, travel, and reports • Support agents with transaction coordination and client communication • Oversee daily operations, budgeting, expenses, and bookkeeping • Assist with lead management, marketing, and social media • Follow detailed systems, checklists, and documentation for consistency Qualifications: • 2–3 years of real estate admin or executive assistant experience • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills • Self-starter with team-oriented mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication • Discreet, professional, and solutions-focused • Customer-first attitude and “can-do” approach • Bookkeeping skills preferred • Real estate license preferred or willing to obtain (reimbursed) • Spanish-speaking a plus Compensation: $46,000 - $56,000
