Responsibilities: • Drive transactions forward from contract to close with accuracy and urgency • Track timelines, documents, and deliverables across multiple deals at once • Coordinate communication between agents, clients, lenders, attorneys, and vendors • Support listing and buyer-side processes to ensure a seamless client experience • Keep internal systems, databases, and trackers organized and up to date • Assist with operational projects that improve team performance and scalability Qualifications: • 2+ years of administrative/operations experience; real estate experience is a plus • Highly detail-oriented self-starter with a strong sense of ownership • Solutions-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving • Strong communication skills across different personalities and stakeholders • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment • Tech-savvy and able to navigate CRMs, systems, and digital tools with ease • Process-driven thinker who enjoys building structure and improving how things work Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000
