    Position Summary

The Operations Coordinator supports daily manufacturing and fulfillment operations from raw material intake through finished product shipment.

This role bridges Production, Inventory, Shipping, and backend system accuracy to ensure workflows remain stable, accurate, and predictable.

This is a hands-on position requiring engagement on the production floor (sewing, riveting, cutting, assembly, etc) as well as disciplined backend systems coordination.

    Core Responsibilities

    1. Inventory & Supply Chain Ownership

Receive incoming materials; verify packing slips against deliveries.

Ensure received materials are properly logged and routed for invoice verification.

Support accurate BOM and material data entry within production systems.

Monitor safety stock thresholds and flag potential stockout risks early.

Assist in reducing excess and aged inventory exposure.

Support material organization and floor discipline.

    1. Production Support & Floor Execution

Confirm inventory availability and SKU accuracy prior to launch.

Verify routing discipline (Dealer vs. Retail).

Coordinate communication with shipping and support teams before launch.

Participate in post-launch reviews to identify operational breakdowns.

    1. Shipping & Fulfillment Coordination

Monitor daily order output and escalate bottlenecks.

Support improvements in order-to-ship time consistency.

Assist in maintaining organized staging and shipping areas.

    1. Systems & Process Discipline

Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational checklists.

    Order-to-ship time

    Fulfillment error rate

    Recurring bottleneck patterns

Escalate recurring breakdowns to the Operations Manager with recommended corrective actions.

    1. Website & Backend Alignment Support

Confirm inventory availability aligns with active website listings.

Support SKU setup accuracy and backend updates in coordination with leadership.

Flag discrepancies between physical inventory and website availability before campaigns.

    Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    ≥98% inventory accuracy

Reduction in stockout incidents (for raw materials, finished products, and products we resell)
