It is a hybrid role with regular travel to communities across the portfolio.

This is a build-your-next-step seat. It is designed for someone who has already led at the district, area, or regional level and wants a clear path toward a Regional Manager role at Elliron.

    What You'll Be Responsible For

    • Complete market surveys and competitive analysis to support pricing and marketing decisions

    Site Support and Coverage

    • Provide onsite coverage for Community Managers and Assistant Community Managers during vacancies, leave, and peak periods
    • Support new property onboarding, including systems setup, file conversion, staffing coordination, and vendor transitions

    • Support Regional Managers on escalated resident matters and help bring them to resolution

    Systems and Administration

    • Serve as a day-to-day resource for RealPage and Yardi, including user setup, reporting, and troubleshooting at the site level
    • Maintain accurate property and personnel data across operational systems
    • Coordinate purchase orders, invoices, and vendor documentation alongside site teams and accounting
    • Build and maintain operational checklists, SOPs, and templates that support consistent practices portfolio wide

    Quality and Compliance

    • Participate in quarterly community inspections and property audits with Regional Managers
    • Track audit findings to completion and follow up with site teams on open items
    • Support Fair Housing, OSHA, and ADA compliance practices at the property level
    • Uphold and champion Elliron's core values across every team and property

    What We're Looking For

    • Three or more years of multifamily property management experience, including prior experience as a District Manager, Area Manager, or Regional Manager
    • Demonstrated ability to support multiple properties at once and shift priorities without losing accuracy
    • Proficiency in property management software, RealPage and Yardi preferred, plus strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
    • Working knowledge of Fair Housing, OSHA, and ADA standards as they relate to property management
    • Experience preparing and analyzing financial data, budgets, and market surveys
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work well with site teams and senior leadership
    • High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable prioritizing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
    • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; regular travel to portfolio properties required
    • Bachelor's degree or industry certification such as CAM or ARM preferred

    What You'll Get
