Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. You will gain first-hand experience in cross-border e-commerce operations and work closely with major U.S. retail and e-commerce platforms.

Position Title: Operations Coordinator (Cross-Border E-Commerce)

Responsibilities:

Channel Coordination – Communicate with major U.S. e-commerce and retail channels to ensure smooth cooperation.

Product Listing – Prepare product information, list products, and ensure compliance with platform requirements.

Order Processing – Assist in order processing, coordinate with warehouses, suppliers, and logistics partners, and track shipping progress.

Pre-Sales Support – Assist in initial communication with customers, provide basic product information, and relay requirements to the team.

Data Tracking – Assist in tracking sales and inventory data, and prepare brief reports for internal use.

Requirements:

Current student or recent graduate. Majors in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.

Detail-oriented and eager to learn.

Good communication skills in English; Bilingual in Chinese is a plus.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms preferred, but not required.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.

Must have legal authorization to work and report taxes in the U.S.
