Paul Davis is a fast-growing Restoration company seeking a highly organized Operations Coordinator to support daily job scheduling, customer communication, accounts receivable, and internal coordination. We are an industry leader in restoration and reconstruction for insurance providers and commercial properties throughout the United States and Canada.
This is an administrative role — no restoration experience required. We provide training.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate scheduling and job progress from start to finish
Communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure a great experience
Maintain organized digital job files and documentation
Assist with invoicing, payment tracking, and vendor coordination (AR/AP support)
Support field teams by tracking timelines and follow-ups
Prepare reports and assist with insurance-related documentation
Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years experience in administrative support, customer service, office coordination, or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic accounting software (QuickBooks experience a plus)
Excellent communication skills (phone + email)
Detail-oriented and proactive
Positive, team-first attitude
Experience in construction or restoration is helpful but not required.
What We Offer
$20–$27 per hour (based on experience)
Full-time position (M-F in office 7:00am-3:30pm)
