Position Summary
The Operations Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of operational and administrative processes across Region 6. This position provides direct support in project coordination, fleet oversight, and vendor compliance, working closely with both field and office teams. Reporting to the Managing Partner, the Operations Coordinator helps maintain efficient workflows by managing vehicle administration, tracking permits, scheduling installations, and supporting overall project execution.
Position Parameters: This is a full-time, in-person role classified as hourly and non-exempt.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support
· Support project managers by tracking permit statuses, including initiating and closing permits in a timely manner.
· Schedule client appointments, manage project calendars, and coordinate installation timelines.
Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs)
· Monitor and track RMAs to ensure accurate processing and timely follow-up.
· Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve RMA issues efficiently.
Fleet & Vendor Management
· Maintain administrative oversight of company vehicles, including license renewals, maintenance tracking, and onboarding of new vehicles.
· Ensure vendor compliance with documentation requirements for insurance, drug testing, and background checks.
Additional Responsibilities
· Manage employee uniforms, including ordering, distribution, and inventory tracking.
· Perform other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.
What You Bring
• 3+ years of administrative or operational support experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills; able to engage effectively with all levels of staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
• Hourly Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
• 401K with up to 5% employer match
