Operations Coordinator (Scheduling & Customer Experience)

We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to help run the day-to-day flow of our projects.
This is not a typical “admin” role. You’ll play a key part in keeping jobs moving, customers informed, and crews working efficiently during our busy season.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and aren’t afraid to take ownership—this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Schedule and coordinate installation crews
Communicate with customers throughout the project lifecycle
Order and verify materials for upcoming jobs
Keep projects organized and moving on schedule
Solve day-to-day issues quickly and efficiently
Work closely with sales, field crews, and leadership
What We’re Looking For
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills (especially with customers)
Ability to handle multiple priorities without getting overwhelmed
Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
Experience in construction, home services, logistics, or dispatching is a plus
What This Job Is NOT
Not just answering phones and doing paperwork
Not a slow-paced office job
