The Scott Varley Real Estate Team (located in Saratoga Springs) is looking for an Operations Coordinator to lead and oversee our daily operations, support team productivity, and create systems that keep our fast-growing business on track. This role is about bringing clarity, consistency, and accountability to the team so we can deliver outstanding results for the clients. Compensation: • Base salary: $70,000–$80,000, based on experience • Bonus opportunities based on performance • Paid Time Off • Leadership growth and career development opportunities Responsibilities: Operational Leadership • Run day-to-day operations so the business runs smoothly • Build structure and consistency across all functions • Remove roadblocks, anticipate needs, and keep projects on track • Handle operational details so agents stay focused on clients and sales • Track progress and drive accountability to commitments Team & Business Support • Partner with leadership on planning, KPIs, and operational priorities • Own internal communication so the team has what it needs to win • Support hiring, onboarding, and training for seamless ramp-up • Keep systems and SOPs current, practical, and easy to use Growth & Scalability • Design processes that scale volume and team size without losing quality, while also creating efficiency • Plan ahead for future operational needs as the business expands • Ensure that Client Experience & Service is Excellent Qualifications: • 3–5+ years of operations, service, or administrative experience ( real estate preferred ) • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Proven leadership skills with people and project management experience • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills • Passion for systems, structure, and operational excellence • Calm under pressure, driven by results, and meticulous in execution Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
