We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to support Ben Mains, a top-producing agent and team leader of The Mains Network, in Apple Valley, MN. With your help, Ben will be able to focus more on selling real estate and growing the business while you manage the operations and keep everything running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, loves building systems, and takes pride in being the go-to person who “just gets it done.” This is a full-time in-person position in Apple Valley, MN Compensation: • Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 (based on experience) • Optional per-transaction bonus incentives • Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: • Assist and support the owner in all business and occasional personal areas • Build and manage systems, processes, and workflows to streamline operations • Handle backend support: marketing coordination, CRM/database management, compliance tasks • Oversee contract-to-close responsibilities and listing preparation • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare reports/presentations • Track business expenses and maintain accurate budgets • Support team growth with onboarding, communication, and documentation • Coordinate social media marketing and branding efforts • Ensure clients receive an extraordinary experience throughout their transaction • Anticipate operational needs and keep the office running smoothly Qualifications: • Experience in real estate, title, mortgage, or operations preferred • OR experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or Project Management role in another fast-paced business • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systems (Google Workspace, CRMs, social media platforms) • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Able to multitask and prioritize without constant supervision • Problem-solver with a “how can I help?” mindset • Professional, discreet, and adaptable with strong personalities • A college degree and social media experience are a plus • Willing to obtain a real estate license if not already licensed (reimbursement provided) Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 yearly
