📍 North Bergen, NJ 💰 Starting at $18+ per hour (based on performance) + Bonus Potential
We’re a locally owned residential cleaning company looking for a dependable, motivated person to help with office coordination, scheduling, and field support. This position starts part-time but is expected to grow into full-time in the near future as we continue to expand.
What You’ll Do:
Manage cleaning schedules, appointments, and crew communication
Handle customer calls, texts, and emails (bilingual English/Spanish preferred)
Deliver supplies, meet crews, or occasionally assist with cleanings (must have your own car)
Process payments, update customer info, and help with daily office organization
Follow up on leads and support quality-check visits with the manager
What We’re Looking For:
Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license (required)
Organized, dependable, and proactive
Strong communicator who’s comfortable talking with customers
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a big plus
Prior experience in customer service, scheduling, dispatch, or operations helpful
Comfortable using text, email, and basic tools like Google Sheets
