Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Part-Time Onsite Operations Coordinator to support daily workspace operations, assist members, and contribute to sales and marketing efforts. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who takes ownership of a workspace environment and enjoys being the reliable point person for members.
Hours: Approximately 20–25 hours per week with a Monday–Friday, 9 AM–2 PM schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily workspace operations including common areas, kitchens, and meeting rooms
Receive, sort, and manage member mail, including scanning or forwarding when required
Assist members with building access, keys, and general workspace support
Prepare conference rooms and ensure basic AV equipment is ready for meetings
Respond to and manage operational requests through internal ticketing systems
Coordinate with vendors such as cleaning, coffee service, and maintenance providers
Assist with tours for prospective members and preparation of offices for move-ins
Conduct phone outreach and follow-ups with prospective clients
Assist with basic marketing initiatives and online outreach
Support occasional member events and workspace activities
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in office operations, coworking, hospitality, sales/marketing, administrative, or customer-facing roles
Comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating with prospective clients
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable using business software and managing multiple tasks
Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily operations without constant supervision
Compensation
$25–$29/hr depending on experience
