• Design, development, testing and deployment of Tableau Dashboards
• Help structure data and recommend visualization solutions.
• Professional in story telling through data and dashboards
• Integrate data from various data sources and manage centralized Operations reporting database utilized by data scientists and analysts.
• Work closely with operations business stakeholders, data scientists and IT data team to identify data gaps and data quality issues in enterprise data hub (EDH) ecosystem and collaborate with IT data team to migrate the data to EDH and resolve data quality issues.
• Support daily, weekly and monthly recurring processes maintenance and provide on-going reports and metrics in an efficient and timely manner.
• Work independently on Ad-hoc requests and assist with special projects as needed.

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science, informatics, engineering, mathematics, statistics or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience with advanced Tableau functionality and server architecture required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services. Experience in insurance, annuity or investment banking is preferred.
• Knowledge of Python, SAS or R programming is preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Visio) preferred.
• Experience with SQL and relational database is required.
• Demonstrated skill and effectiveness partnering with on-site and off-site teams to learn business needs and provide reporting.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill set.
• Highly motivated, energetic, results-oriented, organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently. Flexible and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with relational and multi-dimensional database architecture preferred.
• Experience in end-to-end implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) reports & dashboards.
• Excellent communication, teamwork and consulting skills.
