    The Operations Data Entry and Administrative Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting daily operational activities through precise data entry, effective coordination, and administrative assistance. This position ensures operational efficiency, accurate record-keeping, and seamless communication across departments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Accurately enter operational, inventory, and project data into company systems and databases.

    • Compile, verify, and maintain data integrity for operational and administrative records.

    • Assist in preparing operational reports, presentations, and data summaries for management.

    • Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing digital files.

    • Support operations management in daily workflow and task tracking to ensure project deadlines are met.

    • Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather necessary data and provide updates on administrative tasks.

    • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

    • Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the operations and administrative teams.

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.

    • Previous experience in data entry, administrative coordination, or operations support roles.

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management systems.

    • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.

    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently in a remote setting.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
