The Employee’s key duties include, but are not limited to:

• Routing and dispatching trucks efficiently and accurately.

• Tracking truck locations and ensuring they stay on schedule and route.

• Verifying that trucks are properly loaded and road-ready before departure.

• Supervising and managing all warehouse and road crew employees , including scheduling, shift coverage, and daily oversight.

• Making and maintaining the employee schedule for all operations staff..

• Reporting issues, incidents, or disruptions to management promptly.

• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

• Reviewing and verifying all returned paperwork, including contracts, for accuracy and completeness prior to submission to the Sales department.
