Schedule: Part-Time (20-25 hours/week) Mon-Fri, 9AM - 2PM

Position Summary: This is an Entry Level position.

We are looking for an Operations & Fulfillment Assistant for our resin 3d printed product line. You will be a key contributor to our manufacturing and distribution team, responsible for the efficient and accurate execution of daily operations. This role focuses on the hands-on tasks of production, quality control, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to ensuring products are manufactured and shipped to customers accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing & Production:
  • Execute production tasks according to standard operating procedures to meet daily output goals.
  • Operate and maintain production and post-production equipment and machinery, performing basic troubleshooting as needed.
  • Conduct quality checks on products throughout each step of production to ensure they meet established standards and specifications.
• Order Fulfillment: * Accurately pick and pack items from inventory based on customer orders. * Prepare and process shipments, including labeling, documentation, and coordination with shipping carriers. * Utilize ecommerce applications to track inventory, update order statuses, and maintain accurate records.
• Inventory & Logistics: * Assist with the receiving and inspection of incoming raw materials and products. * Perform regular inventory counts to ensure stock levels are accurate and report any discrepancies. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with all company safety policies. * Must be comfortable wearing PPE (gloves and respirator) for extended times while operating and cleaning 3d printed parts.
• Collaboration & Improvement: * Work closely with team members and supervisors to optimize workflows and solve operational issues. * Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Capabilities:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Resin 3d printing and FDM printing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive work and meet daily deadlines.
• Ability to handle moderately heavy machinery and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dexterity to work with small pieces.
• Familiarity with the Tabletop Wargaming Hobby is a plus (Warhammer and more).
