    About SEAS:

    SEAS (Stafford Early Autism Services) is a clinic-based ABA therapy provider serving children with autism and their families. As we expand into multiple clinic locations, we’re looking for a driven and caring Operations and HR Manager to help strengthen the foundation of our team and systems.

    Position Summary:

    The Operations and HR Manager will oversee all human resources functions and daily operations for SEAS. This role is essential in maintaining our clinic’s smooth functionality, ensuring legal compliance, and upholding our supportive and fun work culture. The Operations and HR Manager will report directly to the Executive Director and collaborate closely with clinical supervisors and the administrative team.

    Responsibilities:

    Human Resources (50%):

    • Manage new hire orientations and ensure all paperwork is completed
    • Maintain employee files and ensure compliance with HIPAA and labor laws
    • Monitor and manage employee benefits, PTO, and leave requests
    • Oversee staff performance review cycles and assist with performance improvement plans
    • Promote positive employee relations and conduct internal investigations when necessary
    • Coordinate employee training, celebrations, appreciation events, and team-building activities

    Operations Management (50%):

    • Oversee the daily functions of clinic operations (scheduling, supplies, vendor management)
    • Coordinate with the training team, office staff, and billing for new employee setup
    • Support clinic expansion tasks, including equipment ordering and workspace planning
    • Manage inventory and coordinate maintenance and repairs
    • Collaborate to manage clinic devices (iPads, security cameras, Mosyle, etc.)
    • Assist in updating clinic policies, safety protocols, and operational forms

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
    • 3+ years of HR and/or operations management experience, preferably in healthcare, education, or behavioral health settings
    • Familiarity with employment law, HIPAA compliance, and HR best practices
    • Tech-savvy and experienced in using Google Workspace, HR software, and scheduling systems
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
    • High level of confidentiality and emotional intelligence
    • Passionate about supporting a mission-driven team that serves children with autism
