Operations Intern will help with the daily operations at the TCS Milford Global Delivery Center in planning and coordination of the CSR/DEI events, TCS internal visits, and day to day handling of any requests by the Center Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with the delivery center coordinator
• Assist with planning and coordination of CSR and DEI events
• Assist with the visits (internal and external clients)
• Support enabling functions groups with operational tasks as needed
• Make necessary arrangements / support conduct of events
• Identify and help with process improvements
• Handle requests and queries appropriately
• Arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
• Make travel arrangements for the Delivery Center Head as needed
• Demonstrates team cohesiveness and is an active and positive participant in all team events
Qualifications:
• Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree
• Years of experience required for position : 0-2
Requirements and skills:
• Extremely Detail oriented
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Quick-thinking, planning, coordinating, and executing skills

• Should be self-motivated and adaptive
