    Develop Future Leaders

The organization places a strong emphasis on leadership development and succession planning. You’ll have the opportunity to mentor managers, strengthen organizational capability, and build high-performing teams that deliver sustainable results.

    Stable Business with Long-Term Growth

The company operates within an established manufacturing environment that combines operational stability with ongoing investment in people, technology, and process improvement.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations for a large production facility

    • Proven success developing leaders and building high-performing teams
    • Demonstrated experience driving continuous improvement initiatives
    • Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

    Preferred Experience

    • Plastics manufacturing or extrusion experience
    • Lean manufacturing leadership
    • Multi-department operational leadership
