A rapidly growing mobile anesthesia organization is seeking a strategic and proactive Director of Operations to lead the non-clinical operations of our expanding anesthesia organization. This executive-level role is responsible for overseeing business systems, revenue cycle performance, marketing, provider recruitment, and administrative functions, while playing a key role in scaling the business and supporting long-term growth. We are seeking a seasoned professional with experience in dentistry or anesthesia-based services who can identify inefficiencies, implement technology, and manage cross-functional initiatives with confidence and expertise. The ideal candidate is highly organized, solutions-driven, and capable of developing systems that support sustainable growth and expansion. The Director of Operations will work closely with the owners and a strong internal team, including those who have helped build the business to this point. Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day business operations, ensuring systems run efficiently and effectively across all departments. • Manage and improve the revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, and performance reporting. • Lead provider recruiting and onboarding efforts to support company growth and coverage needs. • Build strong relationships with dental office partners and ensure seamless clinical coordination. • Identify operational gaps and implement new technologies or systems to streamline workflows. • Develop and execute marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and referral growth. • Manage strategic business projects (e.g., insurance evaluations, website updates, legal coordination) and report directly to ownership on outcomes. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in operations, healthcare management, or executive leadership (experience in dental, anesthesia, or surgical services preferred). • Proven ability to manage business systems, financial reporting, and revenue cycle processes. • Demonstrated success in provider recruitment, staff coordination, or business development. • Strong project management skills and ability to oversee cross-functional initiatives. • Experience evaluating and implementing technology to improve operational performance. • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. • High level of professionalism, emotional intelligence, and discretion in handling sensitive business matters. Compensation: $82,000 - $92,000 yearly
