They specialize in delivering high-performance components and assemblies to leading aerospace customers, as well as some military. They are seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of quality and delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a small-company environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time performance.

• Develop and optimize production schedules, processes, and resource utilization.

• Supervise and mentor a small operations team, promoting accountability and teamwork.

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless workflow.

• Monitor key operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

• Manage inventory control, vendor coordination, and production reporting.

• Support strategic planning and contribute to operational growth initiatives
