Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximizing efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, a deep understanding of business and financial principles, excellent organizational skills and a proven track record in Operations Management

Responsibilities

Oversee all operational aspects of the business including costs analysis for each office

Create strategic and operational budget Goals

Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability

Inventory control

Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements

Licensing Compliance

Corporate Compliance, Multi State

Qualifications

Previous experience as an Operations Manager is preferred but will train the right individual

Deep understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management

Ability to analyze financial data and create budgets and financial forecasts

Excellent verbal and written communication

Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles
