    We are an established small business with 15+ years of experience distributing kiosks and managing services to clients Nationwide. We have recently launched a successful new product line that requires an Operations Manager to help lead our team toward future goals. This team member will be the glitter and the glue of this company's future success. The glitter is the type who knows how to lead and get along with different personalities to keep the company a fun, meaningful place to work. The glue is the leadership and professional skillset that holds the team together and accountable to accomplish our company's objectives. This team member will report to the CEO. He/She must be a multi-skilled operator with strong technical and interpersonal skills who knows how to work effectively with others to get things done. While this position is in-person (South Denver area), we can be flexible on days/hours in office, and we like to reward employees with flex-time so long as the job gets done. Responsibilities: • Internal Operations & Administrative Management - much of which can be delegated and supervised (i.e. we have a great bookkeeper, payroll company, and CPA. It just all needs to be coordinated and managed) • External Operations Management: Ensuring clients receive responsive service and optimal kiosk uptime Qualifications: • Strong verbal/phone skills and writing skills • 4-year college degree or equally relevant military experience • Ability to navigate our company's systems (G-Suite, MS, Hubspot, Asana), or a quick ability to learn new software and systems • A strong sense of self-accountability and team accountability Compensation: $90,000
