Bridgestream Property Management is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, enhance processes, and ensure exceptional property management services. Key Responsibilities: • Improve workflows and streamline operations. • Coordinate and train teams for optimal performance. • Ensure compliance with fair housing laws and brokerage standards. • Drive client satisfaction through excellent service delivery. Compensation & Benefits:Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 • Paid Time OffHealth, Vision, & Dental Insurance401(k) Plan Responsibilities: • Oversee Operations: Ensure efficient and effective daily operations across all departments. • Optimize Workflows: Develop and implement standard operating procedures to streamline processes. • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, track financial performance, and recommend enhancements. • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members to foster collaboration and productivity. • Compliance Assurance: Maintain adherence to property management regulations and company standards. • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and partners to ensure quality service delivery. • Data Analysis: Analyze operational performance and provide reports to upper management. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. • At least 5 years experience in operations management, preferably in property management or real estate. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000
