    We are a boutique business law firm looking for an exceptional Operations Manager who will play a key role in our Firm. We’re looking for a proactive Operations Manager to take ownership of the Firm’s back-office operations and bring structure, efficiency, and accountability to how we run the business. Responsibilities: • Own and improve the Firm’s operational systems, including billing, collections, payroll, and day-to-day administrative processes • Develop, document, and implement firm-wide policies and procedures to improve efficiency, consistency, and accountability • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring performance, cost control, and reliability • Oversee general office operations, including facilities, technology, and administrative support functions • Coordinate and execute key firm initiatives and events, ensuring deadlines and logistics are handled seamlessly • Support financial operations, including basic bookkeeping, invoice management, and coordination with external accountants or payroll providers • Serve as a central point of coordination for internal operations, ensuring attorneys and staff have what they need to operate effectively • Manage scheduling and logistics for internal meetings, team coordination, and firm priorities • Handle and prioritize incoming communications and operational requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution • Provide light executive and administrative support to firm leadership as needed, particularly where it intersects with operations Qualifications: • Friendly, personable, likable, and professional • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Office and billing software • Experience handling confidential information and adhering to strict deadlines • Law Firm experienced preferred • At least 2+ years of experience in operations support • Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills • High school diploma or G.E.D. required Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000
