About the Role

A Tru Legacy Inc. is a FedEx Ground contractor seeking a highly driven, proactive Operations Manager / Business Contact (BC) to oversee daily warehouse and delivery operations. This role is critical to ensuring operational excellence, strong driver performance, and clear communication between FedEx, drivers, and ownership.

This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, solves problems in real time, and leads with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary Business Contact (BC) with FedEx Ground

Oversee daily station and delivery operations, including: dispatch readiness, route coverage, driver compliance (uniforms, safety, attendance), and on-time performance.

Proactively identify and resolve operational issues before they escalate

Manage and support drivers with clear expectations and accountability

Communicate operational updates, risks, and trends to ownership daily

Submit detailed end-of-day reports that include: operational challenges, driver issues or wins, morale and team culture observations, and equipment or maintenance concerns.

Support staffing needs, onboarding, and driver performance improvement

Ensure compliance with FedEx policies, safety standards, and contractual requirements

What We’re Looking For

Strong leadership presence — not afraid to make decisions

Proactive problem-solver who does not wait to be told what to do

Comfortable holding drivers accountable while maintaining respect

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to manage pressure, deadlines, and changing priorities

Experience in logistics, delivery operations, warehouse ops, or transportation preferred

FedEx Ground experience strongly preferred, but not required for the right leader
