    Job Overview:

    CRDN is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our growing team. This position requires a positive attitude and a willingness to provide world class service to customers dealing with painful losses. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, team leadership, and restoration services. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage crews, ensure quality workmanship, and maintain customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    CRDN Operations Manager will oversee the entire operations process and ensure that support, leadership and resources are in place to facilitate success on every job.

    Follow the job process from the recovery stage to successful delivery.

    Ensure all front line staff is suited and set up for success daily.

    Assist front line staff with technical needs and ensure they follow all CRDN protocol and guidelines.

    Maintain coverage of crews out in the field and inside the warehouse.

    Coordinate with customers concerning onsite activity to circumvent any issues that may arise.

    Develop a daily schedule and coordinate crews to specific jobs.

    Conduct production meetings discussing safety, training, and the morning’s dispatch.

    Handle Damage Claims – coordinate with insurance, review before and after photos, finding settlement.

    Maintain fleet maintenance and paperwork.

    Operations Manager Qualifications / Skills:

    Addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction.

    Developing and implementing operational procedures and policies.

    Analyzing training needs or requirements and facilitating that training.

    Ability to conduct research for special projects, respond timely inquiries, and present written/ oral briefings.

    Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues.

    Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations.

    Supervise field crews, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high-quality work.

    Oversee job scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow to maximize productivity.

    Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

    Maintain communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and stakeholders throughout the restoration process.

    Train and mentor team members to improve skills and performance.

    Manage budgets, equipment, and supplies to optimize project costs.

    Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.

    Minimum 3 years of experience as a project or operations manager.

    Previous experience in a leadership or management role.

    Strong knowledge of restoration techniques, equipment, and industry standards (IICRC certifications preferred).

    Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

    Proficiency in restoration software and job tracking systems is a plus.

    Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
