đ§ This Role Is for Someone Who HasâŠ
5+ years of hands-on experience in both cabinet manufacturing and installation
A comprehensive understanding of the cabinet industry from raw material through finished install
Led high-performing teams and knows how to create order out of chaos
Solved real problems under pressure on the shop floor and the job site
Communicated directly with builders, customers, field crews, and vendorsâand knows how to get things done
Built, hired, trained, andâwhen necessaryâfired to create the right team

To take ownership of all day-to-day operations across manufacturing, inventory, field operations, and job executionâensuring our company delivers on-time, on-budget, with zero excuses.
You will be the operational backbone of the business, trusted to lead the team, fix whatâs broken, and continuously drive performance to new levels.

đ Your Core Responsibilities
đïž Operations Leadership
Direct and oversee shop floor production and field installation schedules
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across departments
Ensure seamless job executionâfrom work order to punch-out
đ„ Team Building & People Leadership
Hire, train, and retain top talent across shop, field, and support roles
Identify and develop lower-level leadership roles to scale effectively
Lead performance management, including corrective action and terminations when needed
Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and high standards
đŠ Inventory & Supply Chain Ownership
Take full responsibility for purchasing, supply management, and inventory control
Ensure materials are stocked, accounted for, and available on demand
Eliminate waste and optimize cost of goods through smart material management
đ Communication & Problem Solving
Serve as the point of contact for field issues, customer escalations, and vendor coordination
Manage installation crews and subcontractors with professionalism and clarity
Resolve scheduling, material, and personnel conflicts in real time
đ Lean Performance & Bonus Opportunity
Run a lean, high-output teamâyouâll be incentivized for performance
Track KPIs such as labor efficiency, error rates, cycle times, and material yield
Earn bonuses based on how effectively you lead and deliver results
â What We Expect from You
Minimum 5 years of experience in BOTH cabinet manufacturing and installation
Deep, working knowledge of the cabinetry industryânot just parts of it
Proven experience hiring, training, leading, and developing teams
Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
Ability to lead operations independently without daily supervision
Calm under pressure, organized under stress, and driven to improve everything you touch

Base Salary: $90,000 â $120,000
