We are seeking a proactive Operations Manager to join a leading Real Estate Team in Newton, MA. This role is pivotal in ensuring our agents can focus on sales by overseeing daily business operations, building effective systems, and providing exceptional client and team support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, accountability, and a passion for operational excellence. While prior Real Estate experience is preferred, it is not required. Compensation & Benefits • Base Salary: $72,000 – $82,000 • Bonus Potential • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations of the real estate team, ensuring smooth workflows and compliance with office procedures. • Manage and improve systems for transaction management, database tracking, and lead management. • Supervise and hold team members accountable, including virtual and in-office staff. • Coordinate and execute marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, direct mail, and event planning. • Plan and manage client appreciation events and community outreach efforts. • Track expenses, manage budgets, and support financial reporting. • Produce reports, presentations, and operational briefs for leadership. • Ensure an extraordinary client experience from contract to close. • Hire, train, and develop staff as the team grows. • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational scalability. Qualifications: • Proven experience in operations management, office management, or executive-level support. • Real estate, mortgage, or escrow experience preferred but not required. • Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. • Bookkeeping and budgeting experience. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and platforms. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines. • Discretion, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • Willingness to obtain a real estate license (reimbursed by the team).
