You’ll monitor daily operations, manage systems, support the principal, and step in wherever needed, anticipating needs, helping teammates, and completing tasks without being asked. Compensation • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 • Paid Time Off Responsibilities: Execution & Project Management • Lead initiatives from leadership, including client meetings, events, and team projects. • Develop project timelines, track progress, and ensure timely completion. • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and propose workflow improvements. • Create checklists and SOPs to ensure consistent execution. Database & CRM Management • Maintain CRM records, including contacts, deals, referrals, and client milestones. • Organize contacts for campaigns, outreach, and client relationship programs. • Monitor CRM usage and provide guidance for consistency and best practices. Financial & Administrative Support • Track closed transactions, splits, commissions, and other financial records with the bookkeeper. • Generate reports for leadership on revenue, client activity, and operational performance. • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and vendor management. Marketing & Brand Oversight • Oversee marketing campaigns, content creation, and collateral production (flyers, social posts, listing materials). • Manage external vendors, designers, or contractors to ensure timely and on-brand execution. • Support email marketing, newsletters, and social campaigns. Transaction Oversight & Coordination (Future) • Over time, oversee the external Transaction Coordinator to ensure a smooth transaction life cycle. • Create checklists and monitor progress to prevent issues. • Standardize processes for consistent, high-quality client experiences. Team & Operational Leadership • Serve as the point of contact for day-to-day team operations and communication. • Support training and onboarding of new team members. • Ensure adherence to SOPs and workflow processes. • Manage recurring meetings, agendas, and follow-ups to ensure accountability. Process Improvement & Systems Management • Identify gaps in systems and develop scalable solutions. • Maintain, update, and refine operational manuals and SOPs. • Streamline workflows to reduce redundancies and improve efficiency. Qualifications: • 2–3 years of operations experience (inside or outside of real estate). • Real estate experience preferred but not required for long-term growth. • Fully remote (US-based), within Eastern or Central Time Zones; willing to travel occasionally for team/client events. • Highly structured, organized, and detail-oriented. • Strong accountability, prioritization, and follow-through. • Not afraid to be vocal and confident in helping others see the importance of doing what they said they would.
