    Compensation: $90,000–$110,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

    Expected Total Compensation: $110,000–$175,000+

    This is not a typical Operations Manager position.

    One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is launching a new Connecticut operation, and we are looking for a leader to help build the business, develop the team, and create the systems that drive long-term success.

    You will work directly with ownership as a member of the founding leadership team. This role offers a clear path toward General Manager and future executive leadership opportunities as the company grows.

    Position Summary

    The Operations Manager is responsible for profitability, operational performance, customer satisfaction, employee development, safety, and execution across service, installation, dispatch, customer service, fleet, and inventory operations.

    This individual must be both a strong leader and a builder.

    Key Responsibilities

    Lead daily branch operations

    Drive revenue growth, profitability, and gross margin performance

    Recruit, develop, and retain top talent

    Improve operational systems and workflows

    Optimize scheduling, workforce planning, and technician utilization

    Monitor KPIs and financial performance

    Lead safety and compliance initiatives

    Conduct field observations and quality inspections

    Resolve escalated customer issues

    Manage vendor, fleet, and inventory performance

    Qualifications

    Required

    Leadership experience managing service, trades, construction, mechanical services, or field-service operations

    Proven success leading teams and improving performance

    Strong financial and business acumen

    Workforce planning and scheduling experience

    Excellent communication and leadership skills

    Valid driver's license

    Highly Preferred

    Residential HVAC industry experience

    HVAC service and installation leadership experience

    Experience managing technicians, installers, dispatch, and customer service teams

    ServiceTitan experience

    EPA or NATE certifications

    Franchise operations experience

    Multi-location leadership experience

    Compensation & Benefits
