This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Lexington, KY. The Operations Manager will be responsible for implementing and optomizing standard operating procedures, tracking and monitoring KPIs, integrating optomizing Filevine. Additional tasks include developing strategies to improve operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with legal regulations. The Operations Manager will also be involved in coordinating between departments and ensuring high levels of organizational performance. Qualifications: • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Experience in managing office staff and overseeing daily operations • Proficient in developing and optimizing operational procedures • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Experience tracking KPIS • Ability to ensure compliance with legal regulations and maintain high ethical standards • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field • Experience in the legal industry is a big plus Compensation: $80,000 - $110,000 yearly
