    Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of our company to maximize efficiency and profitability while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has an analytical mindset, a strong understanding of business and financial principles, and a proven track record in operations management.

    Responsibilities:

    Oversee all operational aspects of the business

    Develop strategic and operational goals and objectives

    Implement systems, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability

    Manage operations and oversee inventory control

    Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements

    Analyze financial data, budgets, and forecasts

    Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

    Prior experience as an Operations Manager preferred

    Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management

    Ability to analyze financial data, create budgets, and develop financial forecasts

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Knowledge of sound business practices and financial principles

    Hours

    Monday to Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm. Rotating Saturdays 7:00am to 5:00pm.
