    We’re hiring an Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property management business and handle the tactical work related to it. This is a high-accountability, execution-focused role. You’ll manage our virtual property management team, coordinate with vendors, and ensure our systems are followed and clients are well taken care of. Responsibilities: • Ensure delivery of "White Glove" Client experience, which drives retention and referrals • Manage and execute day-to-day property management operations • Oversee remote team members and hold them accountable for daily and weekly tasks • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, inspections, and make-ready work • Drive performance metrics across delinquency, renewals, lease compliance, and service requests • Monitor task completion using systems like AppFolio, LeadSimple, and Trello • Ensure a high-quality client and resident experience through timely, proactive communication • Maintain and enforce internal SOPs and improve them when needed • Step in to resolve escalated issues and keep operations moving without bottlenecks • Partner with the Integrator and other team leads to support cross-functional goals • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • 3+ years of experience in property management, operations, or a related field (single-family preferred) • Proven ability to lead and hold remote teams and vendors accountable • Strong organizational skills with a track record of executing systems and processes • Tech-savvy and comfortable using platforms like AppFolio, LeadSimple, Trello, Google Workspace • Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal • High attention to detail and a follow-through mindset • Comfortable working full-time in-office (Downtown Houston location) • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Bonus Qualifications: • Experience with EOS or similar operational frameworks • Bilingual (Spanish/English) • Familiarity with Landlord/Tenant laws • Previous experience managing offshore/VA team members Compensation: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly
