As an Operation's manager at Florida Sealcoating you will be responsible for leading an Asphalt crew, in the planning, scheduling, and execution of all asphalt projects. You will be held accountable for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, and for ensuring that all projects meet the needs and expectations of our customers. In this position you will also, at times need to work with the crew to help keep the job site in order, as well as give direction while on the job site.

Responsibilities & Requirements :

Provide leadership and direction to a team of construction professionals

Plan, schedule, and execute Asphalt projects

Manage resources and budgets

Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Promote a safe and healthy work environment

Meet the needs and expectations of our customers

Ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds

Local Travel

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Clean driving record, Drivers License (Required)

2+ years of experience in the asphalt industry

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Excellent project management and scheduling skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Commitment to safety and quality

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications

Strong communication skills (both oral and written)

Strong organizational skills
