Market Operations Manager
Location: San Leandro, CA (On-site + ~50% Travel)
Compensation: $85K–$95K base + performance bonus
Sector: B2B Workplace Services / Food & Beverage Logistics
About The Company
This company is a fast-growing workplace services provider delivering premium coffee, snacks, beverages, and food programs to companies across the U.S.—from startups to Fortune 500s. By combining hospitality with proprietary technology, they operate one of the most efficient refreshment platforms in the industry, automating ordering, inventory, and routing so local teams can focus on exceptional service.
As the company expands into new markets nationwide, they are hiring strong operators to build and scale local operations from the ground up.
The Opportunity
This is a unique, high-impact role designed for operators who thrive in dynamic environments. You will be based in San Leandro, where you’ll be trained to run a market at a high level before being deployed into the field.

This is not a sit-back-and-manage role—you’ll be expected to lead from the front, solve problems in real time, and step into operations when needed to ensure service excellence.
