St. Louis Metro Area | $70,000–$80,000 Salary | Leadership Role

The Brothers That Just Do Gutters is hiring an Operations Manager to own our production schedule, installation teams, customer communication, and day-to-day field operations.

This is a key leadership role for someone who can keep crews moving, solve problems quickly, communicate clearly with customers, and make sure jobs are completed efficiently, profitably, and professionally.

This is not a clock-in, clock-out 9-to-5 position. Our base office hours are generally 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, but this is a salaried leadership role that requires engagement with company communication and operational needs even when you are not physically at the office.

Build strong relationships with installers while maintaining standards

Handle customer communication related to scheduling, job details, questions, payments, and concerns

Represent the company professionally on the phone and in written communication

Send scheduling packets after jobs are scheduled

Request contracts, payments, color selections, and lead information as needed
