    Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our HVAC and plumbing company. This role will focus on improving organization, technician productivity, job scheduling, and operational systems while supporting the continued growth of the business.

    Key Responsibilities • Manage daily operations of HVAC and plumbing service teams • Coordinate scheduling with dispatch to maximize technician productivity • Ensure jobs are properly scoped, scheduled, and completed efficiently • Supervise HVAC technicians and plumbers • Conduct technician performance reviews and provide coaching • Track technician KPIs such as revenue, productivity, and callbacks • Ensure install jobs are properly prepared with materials and clear scopes • Use ServiceTitan to monitor performance metrics and job profitability • Support technician recruiting, onboarding, and team development

    First 90 Day Expectations • Evaluate current operations and technician performance • Improve job scheduling and dispatch efficiency • Implement technician KPI tracking and weekly reporting • Improve job scope clarity and install coordination • Support recruiting efforts for additional technicians • Establish operational systems that reduce chaos and improve productivity

    Preferred Qualifications • HVAC or plumbing industry experience • Experience managing technicians or field service teams • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software • Ability to build systems and improve operational efficiency

    Compensation Component Details Base Salary $90,000 – $110,000 Performance Bonuses Revenue and profit-based incentives What Success Looks Like • Improved technician productivity and accountability • Clear install and service workflows • Better organization and reduced operational chaos • Stronger recruiting pipeline for technicians • Revenue growth toward $2M+ within 12–18 months
