Compensation- Salary commensurate with experience Responsibilities: • Lead and inspire a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional guest experiences. • Oversee daily operations across our 16 hotel properties, ensuring efficiency and high standards. • Collaborate with department heads to implement innovative strategies that enhance service quality. • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain our reputation for excellence. • Develop and manage budgets, optimizing resources to achieve financial objectives. • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages team growth and development opportunities for all staff members. Qualifications: • Perhaps you are currently holding a position of Front Desk Supervisor or Front Desk Manager, or a department leader in a hotel. This would be a good start to evaluating your experiences that would relate to the position of Operations Manager. • Experience in leading and managing teams, while ensuring exceptional guest experiences, is important. • Some Knowledge of Property Management systems would be helpful. The Hotel uses Opera, but any experience on a hotel platform would be helpful. • Ability to develop and implement operational strategies that drive excellence and innovation. • Proven track record of analyzing performance metrics to meet and exceed industry standards. • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with department heads and streamline processes. • Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth. • Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements in the hospitality sector. • Experience in managing budgets to optimize resources and drive profitability without compromising quality service delivery.
